This croissant workshop is focusing on the better understanding about butter lamination technique to create the layers within the croissant dough
*Complete method of perfect croissants dough from scratch.
*How to ready butter lamination sheet for croissants.

Second day
You will learn the secrets to making these flaky, buttery, delectable breakfast treats from start to finish: from the dough, the rolling, the forming, finishing, and baking to bring with you.Then you get to surprise your loved ones with fresh pastries that you can make at home also.
